  • Basic Credential for ‘wards’.
  • The hands on training takes place through the Nursing supervisor, respective clinician, ICN and the nurse educator
OPD and Day Care

  • Nurses have to qualify the basic credential matrix with 70% or more
  • Basic Credential for ‘ICU’
  • The hands on training takes place through the Nurse supervisor, respective clinician, ICN and the nurse educator

 

Specialty Nurses (Clinical)

All ICU’s
  • Medical ICU
  • Surgical ICU
  • PICU
  • NICU
  • Nurses have to qualify the basic credential matrix with 70% or more during Induction.
  • These nurses, after being posted to specialty areas are handed over the advance credential matrices.
  • Nurse has to qualify the same with 60% or more in the assessments.
  • The hands on training takes place through the Nurse supervisor, respective clinician, ICN and the nurse educator.
Critical Care areas other than ICU’s
  • Operating Room
  • ER and Triage
  • Dialysis
  • Endoscopy
  • Nurses have to qualify the basic credential matrix with 70% or more during Induction.
  • These nurses, after being posted to specialty areas are handed over the advance credential matrices.
  • Nurse has to qualify the same with 60% or more in the assessments.
  • The hands on training takes place through the Nurse supervisor, respective clinician, ICN and the nurse educator.
